Similarly if a cell phone does not ring then once the passenger comes up to the check in he will be further scrutinized and the phone checked to a larger degree, to insure it is not going to be used as a detonation device. If the phone does not ring; 1.) it is not a phone but rather a small bomb of plastic explosives or 2.) it is turned off and must be turned on and checked prior to boarding. A harmonic pre-detonation device will either ring peoples phones or it will set off a bomb, which was meant to down an aircraft, kill innocent people and further propel the Al Queda message. Therefore a simple system can be installed to further protect the airline traveler without any additional due hardships on personal freedoms. Think on this.
